Katie joined Louise as her real estate partner in 2012. She brings her sales skills, negotiation tactics, and people skills to the Lovewell Team. Together with Louise, they have won awards every year for being one of the top producing teams. She grew up in San Leandro, and loves living in the bay area and all the many things it has to offer. She enjoys working in real estate, because she loves working with people, and it brings her great joy to see how happy her clients can be with each successful transaction. She appreciates working with a team of positive and hardworking colleagues. She lives in Pleasanton, is married with two daughters, enjoys doing outdoor activities with her family, and spending time with friends. She is active in her community by being part of her daughters' local school PTA, and has helped run a local holistic mom's group.

Louise Lovewell
Realtor / Broker
Louise Lovewell, an award-winning real estate agent, has been in the business for over 40 years. She has multiple real estate certifications, specialties, and has served in various committees and on the real estate board of directors in the local real estate association. She has helped all kinds of buyers, from first-time buyers to investors and, of course, the same with sellers - from those relocating, moving up, or doing a 1031 exchange. She works tirelessly to do her best for her clients, which shows in the gratitude and referrals of the many, many clients she has served through the years. When she is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends. She is married with three daughters and one son, has six granddaughters, and one grandson. She is active in her gym, swims, and takes an exercise class 6 days of the week. She also volunteers weekly at a local elementary school, and is active in her church and through it, helped to start the San Leandro Women's Shelter. Lastly, she speaks Italian and Spanish.

Margaret brings a wealth of experience in marketing and communications to her work as a Realtor. Marketing Director
Elena Hupke joined the team in 2017 as an Assistant. Her background in working with contracts, benefit administration and payroll is beneficial in the real estate industry. She offers a second set of eyes to make sure each detail is attended to, deadlines are met, and standards are being followed. She thoroughly enjoys working with a positive, encouraging, and supportive team, and appreciates the team’s involvement in community events. She is a mother of two children and their extra-curricular activities and volunteering at the schools keep her busy. She cherishes the wonderful memories being created!
Tracee Castro-Freitas
Transaction Coordinator
Tracee Castro-Freitas joined the Lovewell Team in 2013 as a transaction coordinator. She is a mother of two and has two granddaughters. She loves working on the team and appreciates their values of integrity, reputation, and positive energy. She feels everyone is so sweet, appreciative, giving, and she loves to come to work each day!
